Personal biography
Anjaly holds a B.Sc. in Psychology, M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology, and an Advanced Diploma in Child & Adolescent Counseling. She specializes in child and adolescent mental health, paediatric rehabilitation, and developmental support.
Her expertise includes emotional, behavioral, and psychological therapy for children with diverse needs, along with parental and relationship counselling. She is trained in personality assessment, administration of standardized psychological tools, behavioural therapy, and play therapy.
She also provides career guidance, life skills training, and therapeutic activity-based interventions that support the holistic development of children and adolescents. Her work focuses on helping young individuals navigate academic pressures, peer challenges, family dynamics, and social difficulties while strengthening parent–child and student–teacher relationships.
