Noufira holds a MSc in Psychology and is a dedicated and skilled Consultant Psychologist with 2 years of experience in clinical and child development settings. Noufira has worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting them in managing emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.With a strong foundation in psychological principles and behavior management, she uses evidence-based approaches such as CBT and behavior modification techniques to promote positive change. She has experience in areas including improving attention and sitting tolerance, enhancing social interaction, managing behavioral concerns, and providing emotional support. Noufira is also experienced in counselling individuals and families, helping them navigate stress, developmental concerns, and life challenges. She focuses on creating a safe, empathetic, and structured environment that supports emotional regulation, skill development, and overall well-being.Her key strengths include psychological assessment, intervention planning, behavior therapy, and counselling which help individuals move towards independence and a better quality of life.
