Personal biography
Anjana Krishna holds an MSc in Clinical Psychology from the National Forensic Science University, Gujarat, and a BSc in Psychology from Carmeligiri College, Adimali. She is a Consultant Psychologist who offers a refined, client-centered approach to mental health care, working with children, adolescents, and adults in a confidential and supportive therapeutic space. She has experience working across hospitals, educational institutions, and multidisciplinary mental health settings, where she has served as a Counseling Psychologist, Assistant Child Psychologist, and Resource Person. Her practice is guided by evidence-based approaches and a nuanced understanding of individual differences, with a therapeutic style that balances structure and intuition to support meaningful and lasting change. Anjana works with concerns such as anxiety and stress, depression and mood difficulties, child and adolescent mental health issues, personality and emotional regulation challenges, behavioural and emotional difficulties, trauma and recovery, family and interpersonal dynamics, workplace stress and burnout, as well as couple and relationship concerns.
