Personal biography
Kavya holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Madras and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Yuvakshethra Institute of Management Studies, affiliated with the University of Calicut. She has also completed an Advanced Diploma in Family Therapy from Mentex School of Counselling and Psychotherapy, Kozhikode, which has enhanced her competence in delivering systemic and holistic interventions.
She has over three years of professional experience in school counselling, working with children, adolescents, and adults. Her clinical focus includes stress management, relationship concerns, academic difficulties, anxiety-related issues, family dynamics, work-related challenges, and emotional self-regulation.
